Rebiya Kadeer, an Uighur fighter for democracy.
Taiwan PTS's interview editing with Traditional Chinese subtitle
Rebiya's autobiography "Dragon Fighter" has been published this May (2009). There is no publisher for this book in Taiwan yet, but it seems to possibly have Traditional Chinese version.
This October I will happen to have a travel to Paris, so that I can buy this autobiography there.
